Do you provide home delivery in Canada?

Yes, we provide home / business delivery for all products. At the time of purchase, you will be asked for a required delivery date, which will be written into your sales order.

Can I purchase products on-line?

Most products that you see online are available for purchase. Some brands / products are specialty items and must be bought with the assistance of a sales consultant.

Can I buy from you as an individual consumer?

Yes, we facilitate all orders for both business and individual consumers. Please call and setup an appointment or using the booking appt tool to get a preferred time with one of our consultants.

What brands do you carry?

We carry all the major brands of appliances with some minimal exclusions. Our Showroom Consultants can help you with our wide variety of premium and luxury brands available.

Do you provide installation of product?

Yes, we provide installation services. During the sales process, just inquire about installation with our sales team and they will set you up for home installation.

What if my dates get pushed back, will Brick Commercial / Midnorthern Appliance hold onto my product until I move in?

We remain in continuous contact with our customers from the point of purchase until delivery. Should your initial requested delivery date be moved back we will make every effort to accommodate however we can not guarantee your product will still be available.

What if I cannot find what I am looking for in one of your showrooms?

All you need to do is ask one of our factory-trained sales associates and they will be able to help. Due to the fact that there are so many brands, models and variations of appliances, we are unable to showcase all of them, but we do have access to all current brands and models.

Where are your showrooms located?

Our premium brand showrooms are all located in a “store within a store” concept inside designated Brick locations in all major markets. We are currently in Coquitlam, BC., Edmonton, AB., Calgary, AB., Winnipeg, MB., North York, ON., Burlington, ON., Ottawa, ON., Montreal, QC.

How long will my delivery take?

Delivery dates vary based on availability of product and your required date of delivery for your merchandise. COVID has affected availability dates from some vendors due to production delays.

What are my payment options?

We are happy to accept all major credit cards, debit or cash.

What are the delivery charges?

Your sales consultant will help identify your delivery charges depending on location, and items for delivery.

Is Brick Commercial / Midnorthern Appliance an authorized appliance retailer?

Yes, we are an authorized appliance retailer, and carry all major appliance brands, which can be found under the “Shop By Brand” tab on the navigation bar.

Can you dispose of my old appliances when you deliver the new ones?

We offer removal and disposal of old appliances as long as the old item is disconnected and sanitary. There is a nominal charge for pick up.

How do I get extended warranty coverage?

Most appliances have a one year warranty through the Manufacturer. We offer a variety of extended warranty packages to suit your needs. Please contact us for details and pricing for extended warranty.

What is The Brick Commercial / Midnorthern Appliance’s return policy?

Returns:
Special order appliances are non-returnable.

Damaged or Defective Merchandise:
We ask that you take the time to thoroughly inspect your appliances at the time of delivery or pick-up. Any damage or defect that is noticed must be reported to The Brick Commercial Customer Care dept., within 48 hours, by either calling 1-877-353-2850 or email comcare@thebrick.com . All defects are subject to the manufacturer’s warranty and may be inspected by a factory service provider prior to a return authorization being issued.

Cancellations:
Orders may be cancelled, up to 72 hours prior to delivery, deposits are non-refundable.

Do you sell scratch & dent appliances?

We sell brand new factory sealed appliances. Occasionally if an item is damaged in shipping or transit from the factory we will sell at an attractive discount. Please visit our “Clearance” tab on our website to see what might be available near you.
