Please be advised that Unique Appliances Ltd., including its affiliates, subsidiaries, insurers, successors, and assigns (collectively, “Unique Appliances”), does not guarantee, within the meaning of Section 39 of the Consumer Protection Act and applicable regulations, the availability of replacement parts, repair services, or the information necessary for the maintenance or repair of goods manufactured, imported, advertised, or sold by Unique Appliances.

This disclaimer is provided in accordance with the requirements of Bill 29 – An Act to protect consumers from planned obsolescence and to promote the durability, repairability, and maintenance of goods. The disclaimer is intended to inform Québec consumers prior to the conclusion of any sales contract, as required by law.
